Donation&RefundPolicy

You can make a one-time donation in Ghana cedis (GHS) through the donation form on our website. Paystack processes payments securely, by card or Mobile Money.

You enter your payment details on Paystack's checkout, not on our website. We receive your name, email address, the amount, and a payment reference, but never your full card number or Mobile Money PIN.

Your gift helps keep our workshops, support groups, sessions, and resources free for everyone who needs them. Unless we say otherwise, donations support our general work and are used where they're needed most.

When your payment succeeds, you'll see a confirmation page on our website, and Paystack normally emails you a receipt. If you need a written acknowledgement of your gift, email us with your payment reference.

Donations are voluntary gifts, so they are generally non-refundable. We will refund a donation if:

• you donated the wrong amount by mistake;
• you were charged more than once for the same donation; or
• the payment was made without your permission.

To request a refund, email admin@lkccfoundation.org within 14 days of your donation with your name, the amount, the date, and the Paystack payment reference. Once we've confirmed the details, we'll refund the original payment method through Paystack. Depending on your bank or Mobile Money provider, it can take several business days for the money to reach you.

If money left your account but you didn't see a confirmation, please don't donate again straight away. Email us with your payment reference and we'll check the payment's status with Paystack.

We can't advise on whether your donation is tax-deductible. Please check with a tax adviser.

To protect donors and the Foundation, we may decline or refund any donation we believe is fraudulent or connected to unlawful activity.

We handle donor information as described in our Privacy Policy, and we never sell or share donor details for marketing.
